Since 1998, Westminster Communities of Florida has honored outstanding team members who brighten someone’s day, provide legendary service, and create meaningful moments through the Creating Legends Program. Residents and fellow team members nominate individuals who demonstrate compassion, professionalism and a commitment to excellence. Those recognized through the program receive well-deserved appreciation, culminating in an Annual Awards Banquet, where we celebrate the best of the best across our organization.
