What You'll Do:
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build strong hiring strategies.
- Source and engage passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other creative channels.
- Coordinate and manage interviews, gather feedback, and support the offer process.
- Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience.
- Communicate regularly with both internal teams and client stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, including Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Consulting.
What You Bring:
- Experience recruiting for roles such as Enterprise AEs, CSMs, and Professional Services/Implementation.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting GTM functions within SaaS or tech.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions independently and efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A team-first attitude and a collaborative working style.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Findem, or HireEZ.
- Prior experience in a contract or embedded recruiter role.
- Understanding of SaaS go-to-market structures and team dynamics.
