Investigate device binding| credential synchronization| and cross-device authentication problems.5. Monitor production incidents| analyze logs| and API transactions.6. Collaborate with application teams| platform administrators| and vendors to support migration and resolve technical issues.7. Hands-on knowledge of CIAM| MFA| Passkeys| FIDO2/WebAuthn| REST APIs| and Transmit Security is preferred.8. Customer-facing support experience and ability to work in rotational support or on-call schedules.
