Kitchen Manager needed for School Food Service in the Palm Beach, FL area. Monday through Friday, day shift, 7.5 hours daily. No weekends or holidays. Summers off!

K-12 experience is a plus. Must be able to obtain proper documentation to work in schools. Comfortable working in a fast paced, team setting.

Duties to include:

• Over seeing kitchen operations.
• Following recipes according to the guidelines of the NSLP.
• Food preparation, cooking.
• Observe that the quality, and food safety procedures are being followed at all times.
• Enforce that the use of personal protective equipment is in use at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness.
• Oversee kitchen staff, and staffing needs.
