Litigation Paralegal - Fraud & Recovery Practice (Hybrid)
Salary: $80,000-$100,000 (DOE)
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys within its Fraud & Recovery Practice. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong litigation experience handling complex matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys through all stages of litigation, including trial preparation
  • Prepare, file, and manage legal documents (motions, discovery, agreements) in state and federal courts nationwide, including e-filing
  • Coordinate preparation, filing, and service of subpoenas
  • Manage discovery processes: drafting requests/responses, organizing productions, preparing privilege logs, and assisting with depositions
  • Conduct factual research and investigations using legal research tools (LEXIS, Westlaw, etc.)
  • Communicate professionally with clients, experts, and witnesses
  • Maintain and organize case files, track deadlines, manage calendars, and update case management systems

Qualifications:

  • ~10+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred
  • Associate's degree and/or paralegal certificate strongly preferred
  • Experience with fraud-related matters and medical records is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal technology tools
