About the Role

The Center for Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy (COSPT), a division of Integrated Musculoskeletal Care (IMC), is hiring a Physical Therapist with experience or strong interest in vestibular rehabilitation, balance disorders, and general outpatient care in Tallahassee, FL. This is a versatile, high-impact position treating a wide range of patients - from vestibular and balance impairments to post-surgical recovery and generalized weakness - within a clinic that takes outcomes seriously.

COSPT clinicians are supported by structured onboarding, weekly quality-assurance sessions, and monthly clinical meetings. You won't be measured by volume. You'll be measured by results.

Compensation

  • $85,000 - $97,500 annual base salary, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat vestibular, balance, and general rehab patients using research-based treatment methods
  • Design and implement individualized treatment programs based on each patient's diagnosis and goals
  • Collect and utilize clinical outcomes data at every visit to drive treatment decisions and modify plans of care
  • Communicate findings and progress to referring physicians and medically authorized family members
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and recovery processes
  • Collaborate with referring physicians, clinical staff, and care teams to optimize patient functional independence at home and in the community
  • Participate in monthly clinical meetings and IMC quality-assurance sessions
  • Provide excellent service and care to all COSPT patients

Qualifications

  • Active Florida PT license (required)
  • Experience or interest in vestibular rehabilitation, balance disorders, or outpatient orthopedics
  • Strong communication skills with patients, families, and referring providers
  • Commitment to outcomes-driven, data-informed care
