Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following and Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
(1) Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. IT related experience demonstrating this competency includes: Reviewing my own information technology-related work or data and have been responsible for reviewing the work of others to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with standards.
(2) Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. IT related experience demonstrating this competency includes: Monitor customer information technology (IT) performance trends to identify standard remedies at different support Tier levels (e.g., Tier-1, Tier-2, or Tier-3).
(3) Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. IT related experience demonstrating this competency includes: Present information technology (IT) program strategies to senior leaders for the incorporation of emerging technologies.
(4) Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. IT related experience demonstrating this competency includes: Perform a risk analysis of information technology (IT) systems to identify problems and recommend solutions.
In addition to demonstrating the four competencies above, I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as:
1) Managing or assisting in the management of Information Technology (IT) services and capabilities - in support of the operations and mission of an organization; 2) Leading or managing IT projects related to network infrastructure, systems, services, contracts, or capabilities to meet mission or business changes and requirements with adherence to cybersecurity requirements; 3) Conducting reviews of IT plans and policies to ensure alignment with business and operational requirements as well as changes in legislation or regulatory requirements. 1. Obtain the foundational qualification within nine months and the residential qualification within 12 months of appointment and maintain those credentials as described in DoDM 8140.03 for DCWF role of 752 Cyber Workforce Developer and Manager Proficiency level Intermediate. For more information, please review DoDM 8140.03 and supporting DON policies.
2. Participate in continuous professional development program as described in DoDM 8140.03. An annual 20 hour minimum of Cyber Workforce related continuous professional development must be documented and completed in a current individual development plan signed by both the employee and supervisor. Continuous professional development begins in the fiscal year after the employee has obtained both foundational and residential qualification requirements.
3. Acknowledge responsibilities in writing via command designation letter. Failure to meet a condition of employment may result in disciplinary and/or adverse action up to removal from federal service.

- You will serve as the senior IT advisor for the installation on the planning, operations and oversight, development, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of the IT systems and applications used to support the installations mission.
- You will delegate tasks to junior employees based on work priorities and individual capabilities
- You will manage multiple IT projects which involves conducting reviews and analysis, and implementing and recommending IT equipment and service requirements for various customers aligned with multiple contracts or projects
- You will coordinate the operations of and oversee the development, modification, and application of Base Operating Support (BOS) IT systems and applications used on the installation.
