Sr. SAP PEO (Product Engineering and Operations) is an SAP S/4HANA solution designed to tightly integrate engineering (PLM) with manufacturing execution (MES) - especially for complex, highly regulated, or engineer-to-order industries

Hiring ONLY US Citizens working for DOD vendor

Job Type: 6 Month with minimal travel to client and a Possible Contract to hire

Qualifications

• Senior SAP SME 10-15+ Years of experience as SAP Consultant,
• 8-10+ years of experience in SAP Manufacturing Execution and PEO modules
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes
• Hands-on experience in blueprinting, process mapping, validation, and integration
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
• Clearance for DOD vendor

Responsibilities

• We are seeking an experienced SAP PEO with MES Consultant to support our aerospace manufacturing client
• The consultant will be responsible for integrating PEO and MES solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring seamless production and manufacturing process alignment
• Lead and support SAP PEO and MES implementation and integration activities with MES, PP & PLM applications
• Work on blueprinting, process mapping, building and validation for end-to-end manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define functional requirements and design solutions
• Conduct workshops to capture business needs and convert them into system specifications
• Ensure solution design aligns with aerospace manufacturing standards and compliance requirements
• Perform testing, process validation, user training and Change Management for new processes being implemented
• Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement
• PEO provides a single digital thread from design to production inside S/4HANA.
