The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Service Center Support Representative. The Service Center Support Representative will provide overall administrative support to the maintenance facility, ensuring all parts and tire purchases, shop work orders and invoice processing adhere to company policy and standards.

The successful candidate works well both independently and on a team, has a strong attention to detail, is well organized, possesses strong communication and follow-up skills, ability to thrive in a fast passed environment, and has a proven record of cost savings.

This position is located at our MIA Service Center located at 4000 NW 31st ST. Miami, Fl. 33142.

Apart from religious observations, must be available to work the following schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:30am- 5pm, Off: Sat-Sun

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
  • Generate all maintenance related purchase order (PO) requests
  • Process all maintenance-related invoices for payment and ensure all maintenance related copying, filing and record keeping
  • Maintain parts inventory within guidelines
  • Monitor vehicles in outside repair shops and body shops for timely repair completion and return
  • Process all repair orders and parts invoices as necessary prior to submission
  • Communicate and negotiate the lowest possible parts prices while ensuring timely delivery of needed parts
  • Purchase approved parts as required
  • Data entry of all maintenance related vehicle movement
  • Reconcile and maintain body shop and dealer vehicle inventory
  • Conduct damage history research for turn-back vehicles
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly maintenance reports and logs
  • Follow proper procedures to comply with all health, safety and environmental standards
  • Maintain the work area in a safe, clean condition and comply with all uniform and equipment standards
  • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Mechanical experience preferred
  • ASE (P2) parts certification is a plus
  • Must have excellent verbal, computer, data entry and typing skills
  • Must have the ability to accurately input and document parts purchasing in the computer system
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following schedule(s): M-F: 8:30am-5pm, Off: Saturday and Sunday.
