We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Patrol Supervisor to oversee patrol operations, support security personnel, and ensure a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors.
This position is ideal for candidates with prior patrol security and supervisory experience who are committed to professionalism, accountability, and outstanding customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support security patrol officers during assigned shifts.
- Conduct routine patrols of designated properties and ensure all security procedures are followed.
- Monitor for suspicious activity, criminal acts, safety hazards, or violations of client policies.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and medical situations in accordance with established procedures.
- Prepare accurate incident, accident, and activity reports.
- Ensure officers maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and compliance with post orders.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training support to patrol officers as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with management, clients, and team members.
- Serve as a visible security presence and deterrent to unauthorized activity.
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and operational needs when required.
- Handle crisis situations calmly, professionally, and efficiently.
- Valid Florida Class D Security License required.
- Prior experience as a patrol security officer or security supervisor preferred.
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older, in accordance with applicable laws or contractual requirements.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage security operations effectively.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of security experience preferred, with supervisory experience strongly preferred.
