Job Summary and Qualifications
Supports cost saving initiatives by introducing products to surgeons and assists in training for use of product. Serves as a role model for others by supporting department and administrative leadership. Maintains positive attitude and serves as a resource person for the service. Maintains instrumentation and equipment in good working order and in sufficient amount to support service. Provides periodic in-service for staff. Provides list of requirements for new staff to be able to independently perform cases in the service. Serves as preceptor; provides timely and constructive evaluations to supervisor on new and current employees. Keeps supervisors informed of new information, problems with service or related issues. Responsible for and manages the setup, maintenance, and clinical troubleshooting of the robotic surgical systems for and during surgical procedures. Support at the patient side for surgical procedures. Supervises the preparation and positioning of patients for robotic procedures. Conducts staff member training in the specialty of robotic surgery; orients & onboards new hires. Order and maintain supplies and inventory for robotic surgery instruments, accessories, and ancillary supplies related to robotic surgery.

- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
