Location: This position requires travel to 5 Leon Medical Centers in Miami-Dade County: East Hialeah, Flagler, Kendall, Miami, and West Hialeah.

Requirements:
Leon Medical Centers is looking for a licensed and skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide exceptional care to our patients across Miami-Dade County. In this role, you will help restore pulmonary function, alleviate discomfort, and support life through medically prescribed respiratory therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pulmonary function tests; assess and interpret evaluations and test results.
- Develop respiratory therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians.
- Administer inhalants, operate mechanical ventilators, therapeutic gas systems, and aerosol generators.
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and equipment use.
- Document patient care services accurately in patient and department records.
- Rotate on-call as needed and participate in training, meetings, and special projects.
- Comply with Leon Medical Centers' policies and maintain confidentiality.
Location: This position requires travel to 5 Leon Medical Centers in Miami-Dade County: East Hialeah, Flagler, Kendall, Miami, and West Hialeah.

Requirements:
- License: Active Florida Respiratory Therapist license in good standing.
- Language: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
