We are seeking a Regional Director of Facilities & Construction based in South Florida to oversee physical infrastructure, safety, and capital projects across 25+ campuses. Reporting to VP of Compliance, you will manage vendors, capital buildouts, preventive maintenance, and campus compliance with regular statewide travel.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Regional Director of Facilities & Construction based in South Florida to oversee physical infrastructure, safety, and capital projects across 25+ campuses. Reporting to VP of Compliance, you will manage vendors, capital buildouts, preventive maintenance, and campus compliance with regular statewide travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Capital & Vendor Management: Lead contractor bidding, contract negotiations, permitting, site test fits, and network service contracts (HVAC, security, waste).
- Campus Operations: Oversee maintenance standards and work orders across 25+ campuses while collaborating with principals and campus leaders.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with Florida educational facility codes, fire/health inspections, and emergency preparedness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of multi-site facilities or construction leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, Florida building codes, and vendor management.
- Willingness for regular statewide travel; must pass a Level 2 background screening.
