What We're Looking For

  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (required)
  • Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • 1-2 years of receptionist or office experience preferred, but not required
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM preferred
