NextEra Energy Resources is seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and construction, specifically with experience in estimating or construction management of large, heavy civil projects within the power market sector, including renewables. This position requires onsite presence in Juno Beach, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate and timely project cost estimates.
- Work closely with engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements.
- Analyze project specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare cost estimates for projects.
- Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
- Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Estimator within Engineering & Construction.
- 3-5+ years of experience in estimating or construction management on large, heavy civil projects in the power market sector.
- Experience in the renewables industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and estimation software.
- Valid driver's license.
