Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and internal team
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and offer alternative solutions.
• Track work order progress, follow up on pending cases, and update records
• Process work orders in a timely manner
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Utilize case management software to log and manage work orders
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policy and agreements
• Source and Coordinate field technicians to meets service demands

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
