Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Owner with a strong background in the banking with Legal domain knowledge and experience
Experience in Legal knowledge of contracts management products like Arteria Evisort Sirion
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in agile projects curating stories and refining product backlogs using Jira
Key Responsibilities
Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing IT and customer service to deliver high quality products
Curate and refine the product backlog ensuring that stories are well defined and prioritized
Utilize Jira for backlog management sprint planning and tracking progress
Create prototypes using Figma or similar tools to visualize product features and gather feedback
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements provide updates and manage expectations Ensure that the product meets compliance and regulatory requirements specific to the banking domain
Conduct basic SQL queries to analyze data and generate insights for product improvements
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science information technology business administration or a related field 6 to 8 years of experience in product management with at least 2 years in an agile environment
Proven experience in curating stories and refining product backlogs using Jira
Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma Strong understanding of Agile methodology and experience working in agile teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Basic SQL querying skills Banking domain knowledge is essential
Preferred Skills Experience in web application development and HTML5 Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the banking sector
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
Mandatory Certification SAFe Product OwnerProduct Manager POPM 60 Certification
