OVERVIEW
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused professional to provide exceptional service while maintaining a calm and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable using computers, communicates effectively, and is committed to delivering quality support. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior customer service experience is preferred.
DUTIES
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
-Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
-Comfortable using computers.
-Experience working with customer support a plus
Applicants must pass a level 2 screening background check, that includes fingerprinting for statewide criminal and juvenile records checks through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and federal criminal records checks through the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and may include local criminal records checks through local law enforcement agencies.
