This job is part of the Facilities Management function and is responsible for supporting building operations, workplace services, and onsite events.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate routine maintenance activities, work orders, and facility service requests.
- Monitor building conditions and communicate maintenance needs to internal teams and service providers.
- Schedule and oversee vendors performing repairs, inspections, preventive maintenance, and facility-related services.
- Assist with facility inspections to identify and address operational issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, vendor performance, and service completion.
- Support workplace experience programs and special events from planning through execution.
- Coordinate event logistics including room reservations, catering, audiovisual requirements, furniture setup, signage, and visitor management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event hosts, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure event spaces are prepared, functional, and aligned with client expectations.
- Track event schedules, budgets, invoices, and service requests.
- Monitor inventory levels for office, event, and facility supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Support health, safety, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Respond to urgent facility issues and escalate concerns as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, occupants, vendors, and service partners.
- Follow established policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
- Apply standard organizational practices and procedures to complete assignments.
- Work within established guidelines and recommend process improvements when opportunities are identified.
- Model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, event coordination, hospitality, workplace experience, property management, or related field.
- Experience coordinating vendors, service providers, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience utilizing work order, facilities management, or event management software preferred.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on established procedures and available information.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or special events as business needs require.
- Ability to perform physical activities associated with event setup, including moving materials and lifting up to 25 pounds.
