• Handle inbound inquiries and conduct initial client intake calls

• Clearly explain the firm's services and process
• Guide prospective clients toward next steps and consultations
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication
• Track all activity in CRM / case management systems
• Collaborate with attorneys to ensure accurate case intake
Qualifications
• Experience in sales, intake, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to guide conversations and build trust quickly
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plus

Location & Compensation
- Coconut Grove, Florida (In-Office)
- $45,000 - $90,000 depending on experience + performance potential
