We are looking for a high-energy, bilingual Legal Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a "No Limits" mindset. You will be the engine of our immigration team, ensuring our attorneys and paralegals have the support they need to deliver life-changing results for clients. Responsibilities

Case Coordination: Assist attorneys and paralegals in preparing high-stakes immigration filings, including family-based petitions, asylum, and removal defense.
Client Experience: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing empathetic, professional, and "Radically Transparent" updates on their cases.
Mission Control: Manage busy calendars, schedule depositions, and coordinate travel, ensuring the legal team never misses a deadline.
Tech Management: Utilize Clio, Lawmatics, and Dialpad to maintain meticulous digital records and process client billing with support from accounting.
Operational Excellence: Take "Extreme Ownership" of office correspondence, administrative tasks, and vendor coordination to keep our growing firm running smoothly.

Qualifications

Bilingual Mastery: Professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively serve our diverse client base.
Legal Experience: 2-5 minimum years of experience in immigration law or a high-volume law firm environment.
