Job Description:

We are looking for a Principal Program Manager with 20+ years of experience to work closely with client leadership and drive program execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with CIO, CFO, Finance, and business stakeholders
Prepare and manage executive decks, steerco updates, and reporting
Drive program governance, status tracking, and communication
Manage multiple programs/workstreams across teams
Identify risks, issues, and ensure timely resolution
Support decision-making using data, dashboards, and insights
Ensure alignment across technology, business, and finance teams

Required Experience:

Strong experience in program management and delivery
Experience working with senior stakeholders (CIO/CFO level)
Ability to handle large programs / multiple teams
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with Agile / structured delivery models
Hands-on in reporting, dashboards, and executive communication

Nice to Have:

Experience in finance / retail domains/ERP
Experience with transformation programs or large-scale initiatives
