Remote Key Responsibilities• Budgeting and Forecasting: Build and manage annual IT operating and capital expense budgets. Monitor monthly variances against forecasts.• Project Financial Analysis: Evaluate business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI for new software, hardware, and IT vendor contracts. • Cost Allocation and Tracking: Manage chargebacks, cost allocations, and general ledger reconciliations for technology units.• Vendor and Asset Optimization: Partner with procurement to analyze vendor spend, negotiate contracts, and find cost-saving opportunities.• Executive Reporting: Prepare dashboards, metrics tracking (KPIs/OKRs), and presentations to communicate financial performance to IT and finance leaders.
