- Flexible Hours: Monday to Friday with start times between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Job Requirements:
- Active Florida Nurse Practitioner License (unencumbered).
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Strong clinical background in Infectious disease.
- Geriatric or adult medicine experience preferred, with a focus on skilled nursing, long-term care, hospice, palliative care, or similar settings.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with elderly and chronically ill patients and their families.
- Ability to meet a minimum of 12 patient visits per day, with bonuses for surpassing this target.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Health Plan benefit structures is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
As the In-House Nurse Practitioner specializing in Infectious Disease, you will provide essential care and leadership within the facility, including:
- Performing comprehensive physical examinations and evaluating changes in patient conditions
- Prescribing medications and treatments as needed
- Developing patient care policies and facilitating referrals to specialists
- Coordinating advanced care planning and discharge visits
- Ensuring timely communication and documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and follow-ups
- Supporting the physician-patient relationship and addressing gaps in care
