About the Role
We're hiring an HR Offboarding & Separations Specialist to manage the end-to-end offboarding process - from processing terminations to ensuring compliance throughout every separation. This role plays a key part in making sure transitions are handled accurately, on time, and in line with legal and policy requirements.
What You'll Do
- Process voluntary and involuntary termination transactions in Workday or other HR systems
- Manage retirement, end of assignment, and contract end processes
- Ensure completion of final pay impacting data changes, coordinating with Payroll and Time & Attendance teams where applicable
- Administer separation-related documentation (termination letters, severance documentation, exit packages, compliance forms)
- Monitor adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the offboarding process
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations
- Experience with Workday or similar HR information systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Solid understanding of compliance and documentation requirements in an HR setting
