Work you'll do
•Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews with vulnerability management, security engineering, IT operations, and application owners
•Guide client stakeholders through migration considerations from current-state processes, scanners, and data to ServiceNow-aligned architecture, including out-of-the-box adoption, customization trade-offs, and sequencing of capabilities
•Own the process design workstream: current-state assessment, future-state design, prioritization models, remediation ownership and assignment, SLAs, exception and risk acceptance, patch and change handoffs, and KPIs (e.g., remediation SLA compliance, mean time to remediate, exposure reduction, scanner coverage)
•Drive functional design decisions for USEM, including exposure scoring and risk-based prioritization, grouping and remediation task rules, Configuration Compliance, Security Posture Control, dashboards, and access models
•Design vulnerability library and solution management processes, including vulnerability classification, solution mapping, and remediation guidance

•Define integration and data requirements for scanners, vulnerability library sources, and solution management in partnership with technical leads
•Review and quality-check deliverables from Consultants; mentor and coach team members
•Manage workstream scope, timeline, and risks; escalate early with a recommendation
•Lead demonstrations, UAT, training, cutover, and adoption planning
•Contribute to proposals, estimates, and reusable practice assets
A successful candidate would possess these skills
•Self-starter who takes ownership of a workstream and delivers without close supervision
•Sharp analytical thinker who cuts through complexity to the core issue
•Resourceful problem solver who builds workable solutions when there is no playbook
•Advisory mindset: explains trade-offs in plain language and recommends the ServiceNow-aligned path
•Collaborative leader who raises the performance of the people around them
•Confident client-facing communicator, comfortable with technical and executive audiences
•Meticulous attention to detail and quality
•Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others
