The Job
You keep commercial HVAC systems running before they ever have a chance to go down. Air handlers, rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, boilers - you're in and out, catching what needs catching, and moving to the next stop.
What You'll Do

The Job
You keep commercial HVAC systems running before they ever have a chance to go down. Air handlers, rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, boilers - you're in and out, catching what needs catching, and moving to the next stop.
What You'll Do
- Travel to commercial properties as scheduled
- Perform routine maintenance on air handlers, rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, and boilers
- Inspect systems and catch problems before they become breakdowns
- Check refrigerant levels, belts, motors, filters, and overall performance
- Clean coils, fans, and other key components
- Keep your tools, parts, and equipment inventory squared away
- Document findings, recommendations, and completed work
- Back up senior techs on repairs or upgrades when needed
- 1-2 years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
- EPA certification - required
- Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly, 75+ lbs occasionally
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with manual and power tools
- Self-motivated - you don't need someone standing over you
- Solid communication skills with customers
- Attention to detail and respect for safety protocols
