Job Duties:
- Cleaning and washing dishes, pots and pans.
- Setting up / breaking down dish machine and station.
- Assist cooks with preparation of food when needed.
- Closing and cleaning of the kitchen nightly.
- Perform Nightly and Weekly deep cleaning tasks.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
