In this role, you'll play a key part in creating positive experiences, resolving concerns, and ensuring every caller feels heard, cared for, and valued.
What You'll Do
As a vital member of our customer service team, you will:
- Provide exceptional service by answering and screening patient inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care.
- Resolve questions quickly and accurately, offering solutions directly whenever possible to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Handle concerns with empathy, including supporting irate callers with patience, understanding, and a commitment to resolving issues.
- Document all patient interactions, including actions taken and outcomes.
- Schedule, cancel, and update physician appointments using our computer system, including notifying patients of any changes.
- Coordinate transportation services for patients who need support getting to appointments.
- Communicate with medical centers, departments, and offices to gather necessary patient information.
- Connect potential new members to the Marketing Agency and maintain accurate prospect records.
- Take and route messages for physicians and support departments.
- Update patient personal information to ensure accurate records.
- Conduct outbound appointment confirmation calls to help patients stay on track with their care.
