Responsibilities
- Reconciliation: Match and reconcile external reports with internal systems.
- Daily Reporting: Analyze and create daily reconciliations for multiple accounts.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate trade flow data and records.
- Audit Support: Review and process audit confirmations, coordinating responses.
- Regulatory Oversight: Assist with possession and control processes, ensuring compliance.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate new regulations and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
- Trade Settlement: Track and reconcile trade settlements and fees.
- Collaboration: Partner with back and middle office teams to resolve trade issues.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain management reporting and KPIs.
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis, formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment.
- Self-motivated and intellectually curious, able to take initiative.
- Excellent communication skills for clear presentation of findings.
- Team-oriented mindset, comfortable collaborating with various functions.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Familiarity with financial services and regulatory requirements is an asset.
