Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join their growing team. This position offers competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive work environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $250,000+ annual salary, depending on experience
- Full benefits package (Health, Vision, Dental)
- 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) + 5 paid holidays

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice (required)
- Current Florida medical license (required)
Responsibilities:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- EMR- WellSky
- Rounding in 2 or 3 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Jacksonville All in One Day
- See 15-20 patients per day
- Participate in rotation call (7 days per month)
- Work with midlevel provider support
