Yeshiva Elementary School (YES) is seeking a 5th grade secular studies teacher to for a part time position in the boys division, beginning August 2026. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in elementary education, with proven success in delivering engaging and effective instruction across core subject areas.

Responsibilities
As a 5th grade secular studies teacher you will teach a class of about 20-22 boys in a dual language environment. In addition to teaching all core secular subjects, your responsibilities will include:
  • Fostering a positive and structured classroom environment
  • Utilizing strong classroom management skills to support student growth
  • Implementing school-provided curriculum
  • Maintaining high academic expectations
  • Responding thoughtfully to guidance and direction from administrative leadership
  • Consistent and professional communication with parents regarding student's successes and challenges
