What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with the inspection, maintenance, and repair of cement plant mechanical equipment.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and work with team members to implement effective solutions.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in plant safety initiatives and training programs.
• Learn and apply mechanical maintenance best practices while developing technical skills in a heavy industrial environment.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and a strong interest in industrial equipment maintenance.
• Ability to learn, apply, and follow safe work practices and operating procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Capability to read, understand, and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and maintenance documentation.
• Dependable work ethic with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

• $24.23 per hour.
